• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner and provide great guest service
• Perform preventative maintenance duties and procedures as needed
• Lead a team of Building Maintenance Tech I and II to complete tasks as assigned by the Computerized Maintenance Management System (QUORE).
• Perform a variety of tasks assigned by the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects
• Oversee all 3rd party outside contractors
• Respond to emergency situations promptly
• Always maintain a professional appearance
• Complete other duties as assigned

• You have Building Maintenance experience. Preferably in a hotel or multi-family properties.
• You are currently managing at least one subordinate.
• You have proficient knowledge of hand tools and maintenance duties.
• You have time management capability to accomplish work within established parameters.
• You have a customer service focus and the ability to anticipate guest needs.

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

This position would require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding area.

Pay Scale: $22.48- $33.70/hour
