Complete Building Services is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a facility in NW, Washington, DC. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Typical DayThe typical day will go something like this:
- Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
- Conduct daily building/equipment tours
- Perform other duties as assigned
Salary $24–$25 depending on experience.
Parking provided.
Qualifications- High School Diploma
- Driver's License
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial building maintenance
- Computer skills a must
- Flexible to working between 6 am and 6 pm
- Basic knowledge in electrical, HVAC and plumbing
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment
- Must be familiar with steam operations, pumps, AHU's, hot water boilers, exhaust fans, ballast, etc.
- Dependable and reliable
