Job DescriptionWe are looking for an ambitious Senior Immigration Attorney who wants to accelerate their career in a fast‑paced, innovation‑first environment. We need someone who is willing to work smart, learn continuously, and grow their expertise twice as fast as peers at traditional firms. This role is for attorneys who want to be the best and are looking for a clear path to partnership with guidance from top practitioners.
Responsibilities- Lead complex business immigration cases including H‑1B, L‑1, O‑1, P‑3, PERM labor certifications, EB‑1, EB‑2, and EB‑3 matters
- Use AI‑powered legal research and drafting tools to accelerate case preparation and strategy development
- Counsel corporate clients on employment‑based immigration strategy and compliance
- Mentor junior attorneys and manage relationships with corporate HR teams
- Collaborate with partners on firm growth and business development initiatives
- 5 to 10 years of business immigration law experience (employment‑based focus required)
- J.D. from accredited law school + active U.S. bar license in good standing
- Self‑motivated attorney who is eager to learn AI‑enabled practice methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with commitment to high‑quality work
- Entrepreneurial mindset with partnership aspirations
- Ability to manage complex caseloads independently while collaborating with team
- Excellent communication skills with corporate clients and government agencies
- Clear Partnership Track: 6–8 years to equity partnership (not 12+) through our AI accelerated development program
- AI Enabled Practice:
Technology handles research, document drafting, and admin work so you focus on strategy - Competitive Compensation: $90,000 to $140,000 base + performance bonuses + clear path to equity
