• Lead complex business immigration cases including H‑1B, L‑1, O‑1, P‑3, PERM labor certifications, EB‑1, EB‑2, and EB‑3 matters
• Use AI‑powered legal research and drafting tools to accelerate case preparation and strategy development
• Counsel corporate clients on employment‑based immigration strategy and compliance
• Mentor junior attorneys and manage relationships with corporate HR teams
• Collaborate with partners on firm growth and business development initiatives

• 5 to 10 years of business immigration law experience (employment‑based focus required)
• J.D. from accredited law school + active U.S. bar license in good standing
• Self‑motivated attorney who is eager to learn AI‑enabled practice methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with commitment to high‑quality work
• Entrepreneurial mindset with partnership aspirations
• Ability to manage complex caseloads independently while collaborating with team
• Excellent communication skills with corporate clients and government agencies
