In this role, the incoming associate will work closely with senior partners, manage key aspects of complex patent litigation, and provide strategic counsel to clients involved in high-stakes disputes. • 6-9 years of patent litigation experience, with a focus on trial experience.
• Advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field (PhD preferred).
• Strong background in patent motions, depositions, expert reports, and discovery management.
• Experience working with high-profile biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Bar membership in the jurisdiction where the candidate is applying.
