The ideal candidate will have significant trial experience, including managing motions, depositions, expert reports, and discovery.
In this role, the incoming associate will work closely with senior partners, manage key aspects of complex patent litigation, and provide strategic counsel to clients involved in high-stakes disputes. Qualifications- 6-9 years of patent litigation experience, with a focus on trial experience.
- Advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Strong background in patent motions, depositions, expert reports, and discovery management.
- Experience working with high-profile biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients.
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
- Bar membership in the jurisdiction where the candidate is applying.
