• Lead and support litigation involving commercial disputes, internal investigations, securities, regulatory enforcement, and employment discrimination.
• Conduct in-depth factual and legal research; draft persuasive motions, briefs, and client communications.
• Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and evidentiary hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on white-collar defense and regulatory investigation projects.
• Represent public interest clients on cases involving gender and racial equity, LGBTQ+ rights, reproductive justice, immigrant rights, and democracy protection.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with operational teams for effective case management.

• Litigation or public interest experience gained at a law firm, federal clerkship, or nonprofit/advocacy organization.
• Strong academic credentials, with clerkship or notable recommendations a plus.
• Ability to manage complex matters independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to advancing public interest causes alongside commercial litigation.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by start date.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing of the D.C. Bar, or eligibility for admission.
