Real Estate Associate – Washington, DC. A leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate (3–5 years) to join its Washington, DC office. The role focuses on high-value commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures. Ideal candidates will have significant experience across multiple areas of commercial real estate and the ability to work on sophisticated lending and investment matters.
KeyRequirements
- 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, or joint ventures
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Admission to practice in D.C.
- Exposure to institutional investors and private equity real estate funds

- Collaborative and dynamic team environment
- $260,000–$365,000, depending on experience and qualifications
