Commercial Real Estate Attorney

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 5 years+ experience advising clients on complex commercial real estate transactions.

In this role, the candidate will work closely alongside the practice’s Chambers-ranked partners on acquisition, disposition, and leasing transactions. The commercial practice has national reach and an mix of complex transactional matter dealing with a range of clients including national and regional developers, REITs, equity investors, owners and operators.

This is an excellent opportunity for growth in a collegial atmosphere that provides hands on experience in a broad spectrum of challenging matters.

The Candidate

• Experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate with at least 5 years experience
• Experience dealing with complex development deals, joint venture, ground leases
• Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted in the District of Columbia
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
