A premier international law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Personnel & Development Manager to join its Washington, DC office
. This is a high-impact, strategic role at the center of the firm's talent management efforts, offering the chance to shape and advance programs that support lawyer development, retention, and success.
In this role, you will lead the implementation and administration of attorney evaluation, retention, and compensation programs; serve as the primary point of contact for lawyer onboarding, offboarding, and outplacement; oversee key committees and task forces; manage the department's budget; and contribute to additional firmwide initiatives as needed.
The ideal candidate brings at least eight years of relevant experience in legal personnel, recruitment, and team management, along with strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills. Technical proficiency with MS Office, Oracle, and vi Desktop is required.
