An elite, nationally recognized law firm is seeking a talented mid- to senior-level associate to join its sophisticated Real Estate practice in Washington, DC. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney eager to take meaningful ownership of transactions while working alongside respected leaders in the commercial real estate space.

You’ll step into a highly active practice handling complex, high-value matters across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions. Candidates with joint venture experience will be especially well positioned.

Depending on your seniority and experience, you will first-chair smaller deals, second-chair larger transactions, or independently manage your own matters. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and ideally suited for attorneys who excel with responsibility and client-facing work.

• 4–8 years of broad commercial real estate attorney experience within a Top 100 AM Law Firm
• JD from a highly regarded law school with stellar academics
• Strong drafting skills and confidence in navigating sophisticated deal structures
• Clear, effective communication with clients and colleagues
• A proactive, motivated approach to managing transactions
