Our fast-growing client is seeking an experienced construction attorney to partner with in-house corporate teams and outside counsel. This attorney will structure and negotiate data center construction agreements, including complex project development agreements.

Position is hybrid with occasional in-office visits in the Reston, VA area.

• JD and member in good standing of at least one bar in the US.
• 7+ years’ experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial construction agreements, including intercompany service agreements and shared services arrangements.
• Energy experience including negotiating Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), utility contracts, and related power supply arrangements.
• Experience leasing space in data centers is a big plus.
• Experience with industrial or infrastructure construction a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced, collegial environment.
