We're partnered with an Amlaw 20 firm with a very reputable Energy Tax Practice. We're looking to speak to attorneys with 4-10 years of transactional tax experience related to the financing, development, construction and acquisition of renewable energy projects.
Requirements
- 4-10 years of transactional energy tax experience at a major law firm, accounting firm or similar environment
- Experience with tax equity financings, tax credit purchase agreements, and associated energy tax transactions
- Located in, or willing to relocate to NYC or DC
This firm pays NYC market (Cravath) compensation.
