Government Contracts Attorney (Bid Protest Leader) (Hybrid/Remote)
We are a Business Law Firm serving Government Contractors and Commercial Businesses, seeking an Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join its Government Contracts Practice Group. We are seeking a candidate with Private Sector experience regularly representing Government Contractors in Bid Protests. This is a Full-Time, Hybrid position in the D.C. Area, Fully Remote Offered for exceptional applicants outside of the immediate area.
- 2-6+ Years of experience Leading Bid Protests
- Licensed Attorney Required. Preferred Applicants with Bar Admission in the District of Columbia or eligibility for prompt admission.
- Experience with the Federal Small Business Programs, including the 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, and/or HUBZone programs is a plus.
- Private Law Firm Experience working with Federal Government Bid Protest Law.
