The OpportunityJoin an elite Securities Litigation Group handling cutting-edge civil and regulatory matters for the world's most innovative companies. This isn't a document review- you'll be on the front lines of securities class actions, internal investigations, and regulatory defense from day one.
What You ll Handle- Securities class actions and derivative suits
- Merger litigation and shareholder disputes
- Representing Fortune 100 issuers and their directors/officers
- High-stakes disputes for technology and life sciences companies
- DOJ and SEC investigations and enforcement proceedings
- Internal investigations (accounting fraud, whistle blower claims, FCPA violations)
- Audit and special committee representations
- Regulatory proceedings and compliance matters
- Represent Fortune 100 companies and leading tech/life sciences firms in securities litigation
- Defend directors and officers in class actions and derivative suits
- Conduct internal investigations for audit and special committees
- Handle DOJ/SEC investigations and regulatory defense
- Take substantive ownership of complex matters
- Work directly with partners on high-profile cases
- Develop sophisticated litigation skills through hands-on experience
- Internal investigations: Accounting fraud, whistle blower claims, FCPA
- Regulatory defense: DOJ/SEC investigations and enforcement proceedings
- Top law school: T14 or equivalent
Work Policy: Hybrid - 3 days in-office per week
