A prestigious AmLaw firm is seeking a skilled mid-level associate to join its Intellectual Property Litigation practice in Washington, D.C. This is an outstanding opportunity for a litigator with patent experience to work on complex, high-profile disputes across a wide range of industries, including biotech, pharmaceuticals, software, and emerging technologies.

• Litigate patent cases from inception through trial and appeal
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and work with technical experts
• Collaborate with teams across the firm on large-scale IP matters
• Engage directly with clients on litigation strategy and case development

• 3–4 years of patent litigation experience
• A technical background is preferred but not required if experience is substantial
• Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia (or eligible for admission)
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school
• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

• Base salary range: $260,000 – $310,000
• Final compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications
