Overview
Intellectual Property Associate – Patent Prosecution: A leading law firm is seeking a Patent Associate to join its growing Intellectual Property group.
Responsibilities- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications (1–3 years of experience).
- Education:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical expertise preferred. - Requirements:
Admission to a state bar and the USPTO.
- Location options:
Chicago, Denver, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., or Wilmington. - Compensation: $160,000 – $255,000 (dependent on experience and location).
