Lateral Link is assisting a reputable boutique firm in its search for a highly credentialed Patent Litigation Associate to join the team.
The ideal candidate will be a junior‑midlevel associate, specifically with an electrical engineering or computer science background.
The firm has multiple trials coming up this year, as well as new business that has come in. Former Big Law attorneys comprise the firm, providing an opportunity to work on major patent litigation matters alongside some of the country's most respected litigators and trial advocates.
Responsibilities & Opportunities- Practice patent litigation at the highest level with an exceptional small‑firm attorney team.
- Take on real responsibility and autonomy from the outset, playing a key role in matters.
- Engage in mentoring and professional development with senior partners—NO billable hours required.
- Participate in multiple trials and new business initiatives throughout the year.
- Junior‑midlevel associate with a background in electrical engineering or computer science.
- Strong analytical and litigation skills; willingness to take on challenging patent cases.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
Extremely competitive base salary with bonuses typically over market. Full‑time position.
