Location: Washington, D.C. (with flexibility for Atlanta, Dallas, or Chicago)
A highly respected national law firm is seeking an associate to join its ERISA Litigation practice. The team represents major corporations and fiduciaries in complex benefits, pension, and fiduciary duty disputes, offering the opportunity to work on challenging cases within a collaborative and well-established group.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support ERISA litigation matters, including benefits, fiduciary, and class action disputes.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and case strategy documents with precision and clarity.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on ERISA and employee benefits issues.
- Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver practical, strategic legal advice.
- Gain exposure to complex regulatory and enforcement-related issues.
- 2–6 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to ERISA or benefits-related disputes.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Confident communicator and effective team player.
- Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible for admission.
Salary Range: Competitive market rate (estimated $250,000 – $350,000 DOE)
