I’m working with a respected firm in Baltimore seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate with 4–6 years of experience
. This role offers hands-on responsibility, leadership opportunities, and a clear path for advancement.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling all aspects of complex commercial litigation
• Managing business disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration
• Drafting pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Taking and defending depositions; preparing witnesses
• Coordinating experts and overseeing discovery
• Supervising and mentoring junior associates and paralegals
• Working directly with clients and litigation teams

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of commercial or complex litigation experience
• Strong writing and advocacy skills
• Experience managing cases and working with clients
• Maryland bar admission or ability to become admitted
