Overview

Venable LLP's Commercial Real Estate Group seeks an experienced attorney with deep experience in all aspects of commercial real estate work to join the practice as a staff attorney. This opportunity is open in all markets where Venable has an office.

• Provide all aspects of commercial real estate work, including acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition of real estate.
• Conduct title and survey due diligence.
• Deliver top-notch legal service with strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

• Minimum of eight years of experience in a law firm setting.
• Proficiency in all aspects of commercial real estate work and related diligence.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's bar.
• Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and client-service orientation.
• Must include law school transcripts with submissions and a brief cover letter noting preferred office location.
• Must be able to work across markets where Venable has offices.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $180,000 - $230,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of job related factors including, but not limited to, years of related experience, level of education, skills, credentials and certifications, responsibilities and performance.
