Immigration Paralegal; Business Immigration Focus – Washington, D.C.

Overview

Clark Hill PLC is seeking a paralegal with at least 4+ years of experience to join the Immigration business unit in the Washington, D.C. office. Ideal candidates will have prior business immigration experience.

• Prepare filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and other government agencies.
• Communicate with attorneys and clients.
• Complete forms and gather facts and evidence to support our clients’ applications.
• Stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to support immigration matters, including strong PERM experience.

• Strong PERM experience is required.
• Excellent computer skills and high-level attention to detail.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products; INSZoom is preferred.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate (or equivalent).

The salary range at the time of posting is $31.01 - $40.00/hour, based upon a full-time schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors including qualifications, experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
