Now Hiring:
Litigation Associate | 3–6 years of experience | DC Metro Area. A well-regarded DC law firm is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced litigator with 3–6 years of private practice experience for an exciting associate opportunity within its Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. This range is provided by LHH. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A strong work ethic and strong academic background
- Law firm experience
- Genuine interest in complex commercial litigation
- A collaborative mindset and experience working as part of a team
- Commercial & business litigation
- Labor & employment litigation (FLSA, wage-and-hour, Title VII, restrictive covenants)
- Trade secrets and business torts
- Construction and real estate disputes
- False Claims Act matters and government investigations
Attorneys in this group regularly appear in state and federal courts nationwide
, including the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and before the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals
.
- Must be licensed in DC, MD, and/or VA
- Admission in Florida and/or California is a plus
Hybrid work model
, Salary range: $200,000-$237,500
