Litigation Associate | 3–6 years of experience | DC Metro Area. A well-regarded DC law firm is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced litigator with 3–6 years of private practice experience for an exciting associate opportunity within its Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. • Commercial & business litigation
• Labor & employment litigation (FLSA, wage-and-hour, Title VII, restrictive covenants)
• Trade secrets and business torts
• Construction and real estate disputes
• False Claims Act matters and government investigations

Attorneys in this group regularly appear in state and federal courts nationwide
, including the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and before the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals

• Must be licensed in DC, MD, and/or VA
• Admission in Florida and/or California is a plus

Hybrid work model
, Salary range: $200,000-$237,500
