A law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level Federal Income Tax Attorney to join its practice in Washington, D.C. The role involves working on renewable energy and low-income housing tax credit transactions, investment fund structuring, partnerships, and joint ventures.

• Represent clients in complex federal income tax transactions.

• 5+ years of experience in federal income taxation law.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• LLM in Taxation preferred.

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
