Overview
:
Our client, a dynamic energy company, seeks a junior level lawyer (4-6 years with a major law firm) to join their expanding legal team. Focus on public company work ('33 & '34 Act; 10-Ks and 10-Qs; corporate governance regarding entity management). This role will interact regularly with all levels of management. In-office full-time is mandatory. Compensation will equal or exceed big law.
