Position: Patent Litigation Associate #19853

REQUIREMENTS

  • Admitted to or eligible for admission in New York.
  • Prior patent litigation experience in district courts and/or before the ITC.
  • Previous experience with handling patent infringement and validity analyses.
  • Previous experience with drafting and preparing motions and briefs concerning patent issues.
  • Previous experience with handling/managing discovery aspects of litigation.
  • Some previous experience/involvement with preparing for, defending, or taking depositions is preferable.
  • Some previous experience with working with expert and fact witnesses is preferable.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or related field of study is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.
