• Prior experience with intellectual property matters, including patent and/or copyright litigation.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree, or industry experience, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
• Outstanding legal research and analytical abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, a strong work ethic, a team player, and an interest in taking ownership of projects and increased levels of responsibilities for client matters.
• Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing, and to the D.C. Bar.
• Registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office is preferred but not required.
