Overview
Paul Hastings is seeking ambitious, all-star litigation associates (2021 and senior) to handle high-stakes litigation matters. The ideal candidate will join from an AmLaw firm and have experience supporting trial teams, drafting dispositive motions and discovery motions, supporting depositions and document discovery, and developing case strategy in complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate also will have graduated from a top law school with a strong academic record.
A federal clerkship and law journal experience are strongly preferred. The positions are focused in New York and Washington, D.C., though candidates who wish to sit in other Paul Hastings offices are welcome to apply.
Candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample.
CompensationThe salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $435,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
