A leading global law firm is seeking aSenior Litigation Paralegal to join the team in Washington, D.C.
Who You Are- You have at least 10 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification, preferred
- You have arbitration and trial experience
- Deeply familiar with litigation procedures, terminology, and jurisdictional processes
- Strong understanding of legal billing processes and timekeeping systems
- Advancedproficiencyin MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and document editing/comparison tools
- Skilled in online legal research using Lexis Nexis, Westlaw, PACER, CM/ECF, and other electronic court databases
- Coordinate, organize, and prepare complex legal documents under attorney supervision
- Build andmaintaincase files; manage document organization and review
- Conduct factual research using internal and external resources
- Assist attorneys with deposition preparation and logistics
- Perform e-discovery searches using platforms like Relativity and coordinate document productions
- Format and cite-check briefs and motions for compliance
- Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy before filing
- Support trial preparation, attend court proceedings, and managelogisticsincluding travel arrangements
- Legal documents and filings are delivered accurately and on schedule
- Collaboration with attorneys and internal teams across multiple cases is consistently maintained
- Trial and deposition support ensures proceedings run smoothly
- Research, formatting, and compliance standards are upheld at the highest level
$110,000 – 155,000 annually, based on experience
