A leading national law firm is seeking an attorney with 3–8 years of traditional labor law experience to join its highly ranked practice group. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex labor matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle matters involving collective bargaining, unfair labor practice litigation, union campaigns and representation, and labor arbitrations.
- Advise clients on compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Represent clients before administrative agencies and in arbitration proceedings.
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices on significant labor projects.
Qualifications:
- 3–8 years of traditional labor law experience with a strong focus on union-related matters.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical skills.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of residence.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Location & Work Arrangement:
This position is hybrid and can be worked from California, Columbus and Cleveland, OH, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, DC
Salary Range:
Pursuant to regulations in certain jurisdictions (including CA, CO, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, NV, NJ, NY, VT, WA, Washington, DC, and Columbus/Cleveland, OH), the salary range for this position is $170,000 – $330,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
