The Washington D.C. office of Mc Guire Woods  seeks a Mid‑Level Associate to join its Real Estate Finance Practice Area, a part of the Public & Private Infrastructure & Real Estate Department.

$235,000 - $355,000

• Qualified candidates will have 2–5 years commercial real estate finance experience in a sophisticated law firm setting.
• The ideal candidate will have large‑firm commercial real estate experience representing lending institutions.
• Experience in affordable housing matters is a nice to have.
• Experience with agency financing transactions involving Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac is preferred.
• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams.
• Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills.
• NC Bar is required.
