Overview
A law firm seeks an Antitrust Associate to join their team in Washington, D.C. This role involves representing clients in various antitrust matters, including investigations, litigation, and merger reviews.
Responsibilities- Represent clients in federal and state antitrust investigations.
- Engage in civil and class action litigation.
- Provide counseling on antitrust compliance and strategy.
- Assist in the review and clearance of mergers and acquisitions.
- Two to four years of experience in antitrust law.
- Experience with DOJ or FTC is preferred.
- Familiarity with HSR matters and state attorneys general is a plus.
- Active membership in the Washington, D.C. bar.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in Washington, D.C.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent writing and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle depositions and oral arguments.
