Healthcare Regulatory Attorney

A leading international law firm a Healthcare Regulatory Associate to join its nationally recognised Healthcare Practice Group in D.C. This role offers the opportunity to work within one of the largest and most sophisticated healthcare regulatory practices in the country, advising clients on complex and evolving regulatory matters across the healthcare industry.

Associates in this role will advise on a broad range of healthcare regulatory and operational issues, including compliance and investigations, regulatory counseling related to healthcare transactions, dispositions, and joint ventures, and ongoing regulatory advisory matters affecting healthcare providers and organization.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of healthcare regulatory experience
• Prior experience advising on healthcare regulatory matters required
• Demonstrated fluency in Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute analysis
• Experience with healthcare compliance, investigations, and regulatory counseling on transactions, joint ventures, and operational matters
• Top academic and professional credentials
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active law license in a U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
