• Provide legal advice on antitrust and competition law matters to clients.
• Assist in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of antitrust laws and regulations.
• Support clients in regulatory investigations and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations, as needed.

A successful candidate should have:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admittance to the bar in Washington or eligibility to practice in the location.
• Strong knowledge of antitrust and competition laws.
• Exceptional legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects effectively.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $225,000 to $435,000, depending on class year.
