Candidates can have experience in a variety of practice areas, including Energy, Intellectual Property, Commercial Litigation and Real Estate/Land Use. Candidates must have a portable book of business. Requirements of the role are:

• Juris Doctor.
• Minimum of 8-10 years legal experience.
• Admitted to practice in Washington DC, as well as neighboring states.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships.

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $300,000 plus eligible for variable compensation in the form of commissions for closed business. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as years of experience, skill level and book of business.
