Antitrust Attorney – Mid-Level Associate

Our client, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the United States, has an immediate need for an experienced Antitrust Attorney – Mid-Level Associate to join our team in Washington.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in transactional Antitrust and/or Antitrust litigation.
• Managing the full lifecycle of a deal is a plus.
• Representing and advising clients on transactional and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private equity investments, and joint ventures.
• Counseling companies on corporate governance, takeover preparedness, and related corporate matters.
• Providing high-quality work and excellent client service.
• Assessing and advising on client and business conflicts.
• Responding to discovery requests.
• Familiarity with ethics rules and willingness to undertake various tasks with responsibility.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
• High academic achievement from an accredited law school and admission to the DC Bar.
