Vacancy: Corporate Healthcare Associate Attorney (M&A, Private Equity, and/or Joint Venture)
Experience: 3–5 years
Salary: $260,000–$390,000 (DOE)

Location: Multiple U.S. Offices – NY, DC, CA, IL, TX (Hybrid)
OverviewA leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a mid-level corporate associate with experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and/or joint ventures within the healthcare sector. This associate will join a nationally recognized healthcare team working with innovative healthcare providers, investors, and digital health companies across the U.S.
Key Qualifications- 3–5 years of relevant transactional experience in M&A, private equity, and/or joint ventures
- Specific experience in the healthcare industry strongly preferred
- Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to take initiative and communicate directly with clients
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction required
- Top-tier academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Advise on strategic transactions including M&A, private equity, and joint ventures
- Support healthcare clients throughout the corporate life cycle
- Handle corporate formations, contract negotiations, and operational strategy
- Collaborate with a national team of partners and associates
- Participate in substantive training and mentorship programs
- Work with nationally recognized healthcare clients
