50 firm with an unposted search for a Corporate M&A Associate to join the firm’s dynamic group.
Support complex transactions including public and private M&A and private equity deals. Draft transaction documents and provide substantive transactional experience to the practice.
Qualifications- Mid-level associate (JD 2019–2022)
- Strong M&A transactional and substantive drafting experience
- High academic achievement
- Peer law firm experience
- Chambers‑ranked practice in regulated industries (technology, healthcare)
- Exceptional mentoring and professional development program
- Drive for superior client service within a reputable Am Law
