REQUIREMENTS
Ideal applicants for this position would have significant post-grant proceedings experience, as well as a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study. Admission to practice before the USPTO is required. Patent litigation experience before the PTAB is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed. Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply.
