Senior Associate / Counsel / Junior Partner – Corporate
Location: DMV, Baltimore, or Philadelphia (Hybrid)
A well-established AMLaw, sophisticated corporate law practice is seeking an experienced Senior
Associate, Counsel, or Junior Partner to join its growing corporate group.
This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys acting as trusted outside counsel to middle-market and growth-oriented clients and handling complex transactional work.
Experience & Practice Focus:
- 5–15 years of corporate law experience
- Strong background in:
- Corporate governance matters
- M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side)
- No fund formation work
- Ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy
Business Development:
- Portable business is welcome but not required
- Candidates with a modest book (approximately $200K) are encouraged
- Approximately 1,000 hours of existing work available to support ramp-up
Compensation:
- Salary up to $210K, with flexibility for candidates bringing a book
- Clear path for growth based on performance and contribution
