Our client, a premier full-service international law firm with over 1,000 lawyers located throughout 12 offices in the United States and Europe, is seeking an experienced associate with at least two years of relevant post-JD experience to join their Futures & Derivatives practice in Washington DC or New York.
This premier firm's Futures and Derivatives practice advises financial market participants on all facets of US commodity, futures and derivatives regulatory, transactional and enforcement issues, including the regulation of futures exchanges, swap execution facilities, and clearinghouses, commodity pools and commodity trading advisors, swap dealers and futures commission merchants. The Futures and Derivatives Group works closely with lawyers in a wide variety of corporate law practice groups including Blockchain & Cryptocurrency, Bank Regulation and Enforcement, Broker-Dealer Compliance and Regulation, Investment Management, Securities Enforcement, and Securities Litigation.

PPL PL8RS, a specialized search and talent placement firm for corporate private practice of law, is exclusively seeking a highly experienced attorney for a premier client, a 1,100+ attorney firm with 12 distinct locations across the United States and ranked among the AmLaw 100 firms as top 50 largest private practice law firms by revenue generated.
The tech transactions licensing practice group is actively seeking candidates possessing five to seven years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating intellectual property licensing, collaboration, distribution, services, development, and other intricate agreements, particularly for life sciences companies.

The successful candidate will join the technology transactions and licensing team in Boston and collaborate with team members situated across various offices.
Attorneys within the group work in close coordination with this firm’s corporate, intellectual property, regulatory, and tax attorneys to negotiate complex agreements for clients across a broad spectrum of industries. The firm handles hundreds of complex joint ventures, strategic alliances, outsourcing, and licensing transactions annually, a portion of which spans international boundaries, and the work frequently garners industry recognition for its instrumental role in shaping the future of science and technology.
