Job Description- Provide legal advice on antitrust and competition law matters to clients.
- Assist in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of antitrust laws and regulations.
- Support clients in regulatory investigations and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to develop case strategies.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations, as needed.
- Stay updated on changes in antitrust laws and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admittance to the bar in Washington or eligibility to practice in the location.
- Strong knowledge of antitrust and competition laws.
- Exceptional legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $225,000 to $435,000, depending on class year.
