Who You Are
- A detail-oriented legal professional with a strong foundation in litigation support and a passion for high-stakes legal work
- Experienced in managing complex case files, coordinating with attorneys, and navigating court procedures with confidence
- Skilled in legal research, drafting, and document management
- Proficient in legal software and tools, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, with a strong eye for accuracy and organization
- Hold a bachelor’s degree and bring at least two years of litigation paralegal experience, including trial preparation
- Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, from case initiation to appeals
- Organize and maintain case materials, both digitally and physically, to ensure seamless access and retrieval
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and filings, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines
- Coordinate discovery efforts, including document production, subpoenas, and deposition logistics
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on eDiscovery and trial preparation
- Monitor court dockets and maintain accurate internal records for assigned matters
- Assist in preparing exhibits and materials for hearings, depositions, and trials
- You consistently deliver high-quality work that supports attorneys in achieving favorable outcomes for clients
- You stay ahead of deadlines, manage multiple priorities with ease, and maintain meticulous attention to detail
- You contribute to a collaborative and professional team environment, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment
- You adapt quickly to new challenges and maintain composure under pressure, even during high-demand trial periods
