The ideal candidate requires a Juris Doctorate and must be licensed in New York or Washington, D.C., with over 3 years of experience focusing on investment funds, private equity, and sovereign wealth funds. Responsibilities include managing international investment transactions, advising clients on compliance, and drafting legal agreements.

The salary range for this position is $260,000 – $390,000, commensurate with experience.
