Counsel​/Junior Partner

A growing Mid-Atlantic law firm is seeking a Counsel or Junior Partner–level Commercial Litigator to join its litigation practice. This role is ideal for a sophisticated litigator with a partial book of business (approximately $300K) who is looking for a platform that supplements workflow, provides leverage, and supports long‑term growth.

The firm has a steady pipeline of commercial litigation matters and is prepared to meaningfully supplement the right attorneys' practice with existing work.

Duties

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters

• Take over and oversee matters handled by associates

• Serve as strategic advisor to clients throughout all phases of litigation

• Collaborate with partners on case strategy and firm growth

• Continue to develop and expand client relationships at a sustainable pace
