Senior Paralegal Washington, DC; Onsite

Duration: 15+ months (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop legal documents with minimal supervision.
• Conduct moderately complex legal research and summarize transcripts.
• Review case materials and draft preliminary legal memoranda.
• Assist with trial preparation and coordination, including exhibit management and travel arrangements.
• Support trial activities, including in-courtroom assistance and logistics management.
• Manage settlement-related tasks and track responses.
• Prepare discovery for ongoing litigation and coordinate related needs.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of two years of litigation paralegal experience or relevant project experience.
• At least one year of experience in automated litigation support.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court systems and legal research resources.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw.
• Familiarity with various computer applications, including word processing and databases.
• Knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Eligibility for reciprocity with a T2 Public Trust or above.

Education:

• Paralegal certificate or JD preferred (preference for paralegal certificate).
