Transaction Support Project Manager

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with nearly 200 attorneys with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking a Transaction Support Project Manager to join our Washington, DC office. This role is ideal for a highly organized legal professional who enjoys managing complex transactional matters and organizing a large practice to make it more scalable. This role will be responsible for coordinating transaction workflows, managing data and documentation processes, coordinating client intake and project staffing, overseeing billing processes, and maintaining direct communication with all functional elements of the practice (including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants and billing, and collections and IT professionals).

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in legal practice management and the full life cycle of real estate and financing transactions. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in legal support or case management, strong communication and technology skills, and a solid understanding of the practice of transactional law.
