Position: Performance Paid Media Manager

Job Summary

As the Performance Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and more. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing performance-based advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, rentals, increasing brand visibility, and achieving our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms to achieve KPI objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and enhance targeting effectiveness.
  • Create compelling ad copy and engaging visuals that align with our brand messaging and appeal to target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates; provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to align paid media strategies with overarching objectives and promotional initiatives.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to optimize performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and platform updates to leverage new opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and proposed optimizations to share with stakeholders.

While this role does not require core SEO/GEO skills this is an added plus.

  • Strong understanding of SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Experience with on-page optimization techniques, including content optimization, link-building strategies, and technical SEO.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in managing performance-based paid media campaigns. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.
  • Knowledge of media tagging and tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
