Digital Advertising Fellow; On Site - Washington, DC

Rational 360 is hiring a Digital Advertising Fellow to help manage and execute the firm's digital advertising campaigns.

In this role, you will receive hands-on training with digital advertising platforms—including Meta, Google, Stack Adapt, X (Twitter), Linked In, and more. You will also learn about media planning and overall digital strategy as it applies to advertising. Once trained, you will collaborate with the digital advertising team and client teams to manage and execute digital advertising campaigns from start to finish.

Rational 360 represents a wide variety of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to trade associations, advocacy groups, and high-profile individuals. Fellows play an integral role in the daily functioning of the firm.

• Assist in managing and executing digital advertising campaigns from start to finish.
• Receive hands-on training with digital advertising platforms and related tools.
• Collaborate with the digital advertising team and client teams to implement campaigns.

• 0-6 months experience with hands-on keyboard digital advertising, social media, or digital strategy.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics, including conversion tracking, goals, and funnels.
• Superior communication skills; comfortable managing internal and external communications with grace and ease.
• Experience with reporting on paid/owned/earned social media.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, browser plug-ins, and third-party analytics/measurement tools in addition to each platform's native measurement solution.
• Extreme attention to detail and strong writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with hands-on keyboard advertising placement on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X (Twitter), Google Ads, Linked In, Stack Adapt, Simpli.fi, Live Ramp, or other programmatic platforms.
• Experience in public affairs/advocacy setting.
• Basic HTML knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of organic search engine optimization.

The Rational 360 Digital Fellowship program is a minimum six-month paid program in our Washington, DC office. Fellows are expected to work 40 hours per week and earn $17.50 per hour. Fellows are expected to work in our Washington, DC office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week and have the option to work remotely on Tuesdays and Fridays. Fellows have the opportunity to grow their digital and communication skills through professional development trainings hosted weekly in the Rational 360 office.

Additionally, a member of the digital team will be paired with each fellow to mentor and train them throughout the duration of the fellowship.
