• Lead the implementation process, ensuring exceptional service and optimal solutions for customers using Celonis technology
• Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
• Design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps, enhancing them with Machine Learning or Task Mining
• Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and suggest actionable improvements
• Conduct value creation workshops to align measures for improving process inefficiencies

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab) with a strong interest in Big Data and Process Mining
• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to interact with diverse customers
• Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and a quick learner
• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree

• Experience in project management or leading agile teams
