This role involves the full lifecycle capture management, from opportunity assessment through to proposal execution. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in strategic capture and proposal development, including 3 years as a capture manager. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Competitive pay range between $118,300 and $219,800 based on experience.
