Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid – On-site 3 days per week)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to design and deliver high-impact technology training for attorneys and staff in a fast-paced law firm environment. This role focuses on new hire onboarding, ongoing technical education, eLearning development, and continuous improvement of training programs.
What You’ll Do- Deliver new hire and ongoing technology training across firm offices
- Design instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training programs and materials
- Develop user documentation, reference guides, and micro-learning content
- Assess training needs and measure program effectiveness
- Train on Microsoft Office/M365 and legal applications (iManage/Net Docs, Intapp, Litera, etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support current and future technology initiatives
- 5+ years of law firm technology training experience
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience creating eLearning and video content (Articulate, Camtasia, Vyond, or similar)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, user-friendly training
